The gold peeled off of the back of one charm just 2 weeks after purchase. Knowing this bracelet was only coated in gold, not solid, I took careful measures to keep it clean and away from all chemicals. I cleaned as it said to do on the care instructions and dried thoroughly as directed. I did everything correct and by the book and yet one charm lost all its gold coat on the back of it. Its got mixed metals underneath. And after looking up how any gold dipped bracelet could peel after such short use the company didn’t dip it correctly. I am keeping the bracelet because I cant find this anywhere else…but I will have to pay allot of money to get a professional gold coat applied to this bracelet correctly some day.
